We helped Anna and Jon rethink and redesign the large lounge of their new house in Bishopston, Bristol.
It’s a fantastic space and challenge to be part of. Anna and Jon wanted to make the room feel less grown up and had loads of great ideas. The objective of this one was to incorporate and unify what they were both looking for as well as sow a few interesting ideas to help capture their imaginations even more.
Colourful accessory ideas were put forward as well as ways to bring together existing favourite items, creating a space that can be used throughout the year for socialising, relaxing, music and family times.
Sensing that we could be adventurous with the furnishings (walls, curtains) a dark yet warm green was recommended and adopted.
The end result is really stunning and loved by all the residents including Iggy and Snoop the whippets.
Having recently moved into our wonderful, new but somewhat-lacking-in-character home, we enlisted the services of TME Interiors. We asked Teresa to come up with a colour scheme and give advice on fabrics and furnishings for our sitting room – large, light but 50 shades of taupe. It’s now our jewel of a room. My partner and I would likely never have dared to go for such a deep, rich scheme, but Teresa carefully questioned us and drew out our preferences and ambitions, and the result is something of which we are equally proud. Teresa’s recommendations showed both conscientiousness and creativity – a perfect combination in my mind – and I’d have no hesitation in recommending her.
