Quirky, vibrant and homely 1950’s home update
Such a lovely project to work on, we completely overhauled 3 spaces within this lovely 1950s home in North West Bristol. Looking for a way to fall back in love with a slightly neglected sitting room the owners also wree looking for help with other spaces too.
The client had a sense of fun and colourful collection of textiles, ceramics and artwork which were liberally applied throughout the new schemes. This created a meaningful set of spaces which really resonated with the family and paved the way for a really successful collaboration.
The spaces needed an uplift and alongside this we moved walls and doors, designing custom joinery to encompass the family’s new needs.
A truly enjoyable project with some fab results

What they said:
Teresa did an excellent job. She listened really well to our thoughts and ideas, and understood exactly what we want (probably better than we did ourselves!). She came up with lots of exciting and creative ideas, and found some stunning products for us that we would never have found for ourselves. She patiently suggested alternatives and answered all our questions. Teresa also recommended excellent tradespeople, who have done/are doing really high quality work, and got us come good discounts through her trade accounts with different suppliers. She always responds quickly and helpfully. It’s also good to have different options – we used both the ‘complete room design’ and the ‘walk through service’ for different rooms. 100% recommend TME interiors – thank you, Teresa.
