3: THE WHOLE THING

Your situation:

You may have an interest in interior design but no time to really get into it and create a deliverable vision. You need someone to help you plan the perfect home, coming up with a complete plan for how it will look, feel and function, and oversee the sourcing, communications, trades and installation for you. All you need to do next is live in and enjoy it.

How it works:

We will visit you at your home at a convenient time, listen to what’s on your mind, ask you questions and run through ideas and thoughts. Photos and measurements are taken and we can talk about what types of furnishings and furniture would work, as well as look at the size of the job.

We’ll produce a quote within 48 hours and once approved will get to work on design plans for all the spaces which need to be worked on.

Once approved we will then arrange for delivery and installation and work with trades as appropriate to complete job for you, working with specific timings in mind.

Cost:

These projects vary greatly, depending on size, scale etc and we will quote on each one separately. For the project management element (i.e. sourcing, communications, overseeing delivery, installations, briefing and working with trades, packaging, project updates, trouble-shooting and resolution) we use a day rate of £300 a day. As a very rough indication, for redesigning a 3 bed house the interior design service (i.e. our fee) might be around £4 – 8K including project management). (without involving any major construction work).
